NASHVILLE — Former Tennessee Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan is suing the doctors that performed his 2020 ACL repair. Currently a free agent, Lewan announced the news on his podcast, Bussin' With The Boys.

Tennessee released the three-time Pro Bowler this spring with a "failed physical" designation."

"I have had to file a lawsuit against the people and entities that are involved with my surgery from October of 2020," said Lewan. "But I wanted to take this opportunity on this podcast to let all of you know what's going on in my life."

Lewan has yet to sign with another team after nine years with the Titans.

The former first-round pick re-injured the ACL in his right knee in Week 2 of the 2022 season and had to miss the remainder of the year. Lewan disclosed on his podcast in October of 2022 that the initial injury had never healed correctly.
