Vol fans are still reeling from the untimely end of Tennessee's phenomenal baseball season. The Big Orange took a painful loss to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Sunday afternoon and plenty has been said since then about who is to blame for the disappointment. Should head coach Tony Vitello take all the blame for the blunder? Should pitching coach Frank Anderson, who was suspended for the contest after being ejected in an earlier game, shoulder some responsibility? Was it just an off night for a team playing a sport where weird things happen?
