Tennessee Vols athletic director Danny White has proven several times that he just "gets it".

During White's 18 months in Knoxville, he's consistently proven that he listens to fans and takes their suggestions into consideration.

One of the biggest examples was when he brought back the VOLS letters on top of Neyland Stadium, something fans had been asking for the last 15ish years (or more in some cases).

The latest example of how White "gets it" came on Monday morning.

A movement started on Twitter for fans to "Orange-Out" the game against Alabama this upcoming Saturday.

White first acknowledged the movement on Twitter.

Less than an hour later, Tennessee made the Orange-Out official.

Listening to the fans seems like such a simple concept. But Tennessee's previous athletic directors almost always ignored the suggestions of fans.

White is listening, implementing what makes sense, and making tons of fans in the process.

And that's one of the top reasons why he's already the most popular athletic director Tennessee's had since Doug Dickey.
