One of the biggest problems for Tennessee football since new head coach Josh Heupel took over has been the looming NCAA investigation of recruiting violations that occurred under former coach Jeremy Pruitt. No one really knows what may come of the situation. The Vols could eventually get no punishment or they could get slammed. But, last week Heupel gave an interview in which he had some very interesting things to say about the investigation and what the Vols have done to help themselves mitigate it.
