Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher had a very public fight last week with each coach accusing the other of shady dealings. At face value, this feud didn't have much to do with any other SEC coaches or schools. But in the wake of the incident, I couldn't help but notice that the distraction of two of the top coaches in college football having a slap fight may actually be a good thing for Saban and Fisher's competitors. And perhaps nobody is in a more perfect position to take advantage of the situation than Josh Heupel and Tennessee. UT's incredibly aggressive take on NIL deals and recruiting just might set the Vols up perfectly to cash in while other coaches yell at each other about what they hate with NIL.
