Metro Nashville Police cited Tennessee Titans OLB Bud Dupree for misdemeanor assault on Tuesday, according to reports by Chuck Morris of WSMV and Nikki McGee of WKRN.

Dupree and a group of people allegedly vandalized a Walgreen's near the Titans' facility following the team's win on Sunday.

The citation alleges that Dupree walked into the Walgreen's store alone around 8:00 P.M. and got into a physical altercation with an employee that involved Dupree grabbing him and his phone.

"They then got into a physical altercation before Dupree left," the report said. "Due to the victim being assaulted, Dupree is being charged with assault-fear of bodily injury.”

Dupree is due to report for booking in three weeks, WKRN's Emily Proud reported.

The NFL's Personal Conduct Policy states that players who are guilty of a criminal charge of assault will be suspended for a minimum of six games.
