Tennessee Vols get extremely disrespected by national media outlet after 11-win season

The Tennessee Vols' 11-2 season in 2022 apparently didn't mean much to the national media.
Because the Vols still aren't getting any respect.
Earlier this week, 247Sports put together a list of programs that they think can crash the College Football Playoff in 2023. Their list is made up of teams that weren't in the playoff last season.
Tennessee wasn't included, despite finishing as the No. 6 program in the nation in 2022 and beating Clemson by 17 points (UT beat the Tigers with presumed 2023 starting quarterback Joe Milton under center, too).
Here are the teams they listed:
- Oregon State
- Penn State
- Florida State
- Washington
- Oklahoma
- Oregon
- Texas A&M
- Notre Dame
- Texas

Just so there's no confusion, here's the criteria for their list:
Many programs have hit their heads against the bottoms of college football’s blue bloods with 10- and 11-win seasons over the last decade. But some are in position to finally break through.
These are the programs we see as threats to the blue bloods thanks to strong recruiting classes, veteran leadership, a sprinkle of magic from the Transfer Portal and a coaching staff capable of leading them to the promised land.
I don't understand how you put Texas A&M and Oklahoma on that list — two teams that had losing records last season — but then fail to include Tennessee. It doesn't make a bit of sense.
And people wonder why Vols fans think the national media dislikes UT. The proof is in the coverage and it seems like Tennessee is constantly getting slighted.
Even after a magical season, the Volunteers are still an afterthought when it comes to the national media.
Some things just never change.
