A former Tennessee Vols football player who left the program via the NCAA transfer portal has reportedly been kicked off his new team.
Former Vols linebacker Juwan Mitchell, who originally transferred from Texas to Tennessee, left UT earlier in the offseason after spending two seasons with the Vols.
Mitchell landed at Arizona State as a sixth year senior, but his time with the Sun Devils has reportedly already come to an end.
According to 247Sports, Mitchell was dismissed from Arizona State's football team because he didn't fit head coach Kenny Dillingham's culture.
Mitchell had 51 total tackles during his two seasons with the Vols.
His most memorable moment at Tennessee came in last year's game against Kentucky when he came down with an interception off Wildcats quarterback Will Levis that sent Neyland Stadium into a frenzy.
