Texas A&M Aggies head coach Jimbo Fisher showed a lot of respect for Tennessee Vols quarterback Joe Milton's impressive arm strength on Wednesday while speaking to reporters on the SEC coaches teleconference.

Fisher's Aggies take on the Vols on Saturday afternoon in Neyland Stadium.

"There’s very few guys, again, that’s very hard (to prepare for), so you gotta try to get your scout team guys, or when you’re doing good on good with your guys, trying to make sure you do it," explained Fisher. "And you can build drills in to where they make them run farther. And you may have cover up here and you have a quarterback throwing to a guy that’s 20 yards down the field — and let them get an extra 20 where they’re still throwing at 40 — but you have already ran 60. You gotta get used to seeing the ball in that time. And not many guys can throw it that far, so in your mechanism, as a DB, sometimes they get 50, 55, 60 yards. You’re going, okay, I gotta be here. And then the ball keeps going another 10 or 12 yards. It’s very tough and it’s different.”

Fisher is likely hoping that Texas A&M's defensive front will be able to get home against Milton before he has time to get the ball 50 to 60 yards down the field to a receiver. Milton hasn't been great while throwing on the run during his college career, so the Aggies' approach could definitely prevent some of those deep shots from happening.

That likely means that Tennessee will once again have to rely on a bunch of screens and throws to the perimeter, while hoping to establish the run against a tough run defense, to beat Texas A&M.

The Vols and the Aggies kick off at 3:30 PM ET on CBS on Saturday.
