Tonight’s matchup between the New York Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies provides a couple of intriguing betting angles. The Knicks have won three straight while covering the number in its last four games. Meanwhile, the Grizzlies have been a machine at home with a 23-10 mark (21-12 ATS).

Memphis enters the game as 9.5-point favorites with the total set at 229 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Although the Grizzlies have been dominant inside the FedExForum, nearly laying double digits is a tricky game to play in the NBA, especially against a Knicks team that seems to have found some form of confidence.
The Parlay: Immanuel Quickley OVER 12.5 points + Jaren Jackson Jr. OVER 4.5 rebounds (+150)
Quickley has found his groove offensively, averaging 17 PPG over in last six games. Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau has clearly taken notice as Quickley has seen a significant bump in minutes over in the same span.
Averaging just 21 minutes on the year, Quickley has averaged 27 minutes in the team’s last six contests and has played 31 minutes in back-to-back games. Quickley has grown comfortable with his role coming off the bench and continues to cut into Alec Burks’ minutes.
With more opportunities being presented to the point guard out of Kentucky, Quickley could be in for a big night as he squares of with fellow 22-year-old point guard in Ja Morant.
As for Jackson, rebounding is not the 6’11” power forward’s biggest strength. Jackson has the ability to stretch defenses with his shooting ability, but by spending so much time outside of the paint his rebounding can suffer at times.
Jackson averages just 5.9 boards per game, but tonight presents a unique opportunity for the fourth overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. He will be matched up against Julius Randle who makes his living in the painted area.
Randle is averaging 10 RPG on the season and will be the focal point of the Grizzlies’ game plan. In order to combat Randle’s ability on the boards, Jackson will be forced to spend more time down low and will need to clean the glass in order for Memphis to take care of business tonight.
In the first meeting between these two teams, Jackson dropped 26 points and hauled in 10 rebounds in a winning effort in Madison Square Garden back in early February. Look for head coach Taylor Jenkins to return to a similar formula as the Grizzlies aim to collect win number 46 on what has been a remarkable season thus far.
