Draftkings Sportsbook wasted no time following the conclusion of Super Bowl LVI to release the odds to win next year's Super Bowl. Among the teams listed ahead of the Titans are the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills who are co-favorites (+750). The Bengals (+1400), as well as the Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos (+2000) are next in line in the AFC.

NFC teams such as the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, and Green Bay Packers are catching the eyes of oddsmakers while the quarterback-less Tampa Bay Buccaneers are tied with the Titans.

The Broncos are the biggest surprise of the bunch after finishing 2021 with a 7-10 record and more questions than answers at the quarterback position. However, Denver hired former Packers offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett as head coach this offseason. While the Broncos have a solid young core in place, these odds are purely reflective of the team’s chances at landing Packers QB Aaron Rodgers in a trade this offseason.

The remaining AFC foes in front of the Titans are all in possession of a superior quarterback to the Titans’ Ryan Tannehill. Oddsmakers are still drinking the Bengals’ Kool-Aid despite a Super Bowl LVI defeat. Water always finds its level, but it is admittedly difficult to argue against Cincinnati with the way QB Joe Burrow and WR Ja’Marr Chase played down the stretch this season.

There will certainly be roster reconstruction for all 32 teams in the league over the course of the offseason causing these odds to undergo substantial change heading into next season. While Super Bowl odds are intriguing, these should not be taken as scripture with the amount of change this offseason will bring.

However, if Titans fans believe the team will improve over the next few months, it might not be such a bad idea to sprinkle a few dollars on Tennessee before the team’s odds shrink after the dust settles in free agency.
