According to NFL Network's Mike Garofolo, veteran wide receiver Chris Moore is visiting the Tennessee Titans in Nashville on Wednesday.

Moore was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, but is coming off of the most productive season of his career in 2022 for the Houston Texans.

After setting a career high in targets (74), receptions (48), yards (548), and snaps played (678), Moore is now looking to capitalize on his breakout season as a 29, soon to be 30-year-old free agent.

The Titans need all the help at wide receiver they can get. A group that greatly underachieved a year ago is now without Robert Woods, and the Titans have not yet brought in any receivers from outside their organization this offseason.

Currently, Treylon Burks, Nick Westbrook-IKhine, Kyle Philips, Mason Kinsey, Racey McMath, and Reggie Roberson Jr. are the only wide receivers under contract with the Titans. Even if Burks and Philips project as good NFL players, that group is incredibly inexperienced and unproven going into 2023.

Does Moore solve all of Tennessee's issues? Not even close. But he at least adds an NFL caliber option to a receiving corps that could use a little experience. The AFC South is also familiar territory for him.

Signing Moore to a one-year deal couldn't hurt the Titans, and it'd be a good opportunity for Moore to extend his NFL career and likely play some meaningful snaps. Hopefully this gets done soon.
