NASHVILLE — With Kyle Philips still on Injured Reserve and Treylon Burks inactive with a knee injury, the Tennessee Titans' receiving is going to look a little bit different on Sunday.

Six Titans players have been deemed inactive for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, but rookie wide receiver Colton Dowell is not one of them. The local product and seventh round draft pick from UT Martin is set to make his NFL debut.

Here's the full list of inactives for the Tennessee Titans in Week 4:


– QB Will Levis

– DB Elijah Molden

– LB Luke Gifford

– OL Jaelyn Duncan

– WR Treylon Burks

– OL Peter Skoronski

Dowell is expected to have 14 friends and family members in attendance to support him during his debut.

The Titans wide receivers against the Bengals will be DeAndre Hopkins, Chris Moore, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Mason Kinsey, and Dowell.
