Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is well-known for his intense offseason workouts.
The former Alabama star is one of the strongest offensive players in the NFL, thanks to his grueling training sessions (which are often more intense than what we see from other NFL players).
So far this offseason, we haven't seen any workout content from Henry, which is unusual.
It's so unusual, in fact, that Korked Bats' Austin Huff posted a video this week pleading for Henry to release a workout video.
Huff's plea worked!
Late Wednesday night, Henry posted some workout photos on his Instagram story.
It's not a video, but it'll work…for now.
Henry, who missed nine games last season due to a Jones fracture, appears to be in mid-season form in those photos (which isn't good news for the defensive backs in the AFC South).
This content will work for now. But I'm still holding out some hope that we'll get a wild video of Henry doing something insane, like pushing a train. Or pulling an airplane down the runway. There's almost nothing that would surprise me when it comes to the stud running back.
Update:
There's video!
