The Tennessee Titans announced and launched a new video series that will be exclusively available on the team's YouTube channel on Monday.
"Music City Football" will provide fans with a behind the scenes look into everything that goes on inside the Titans organization. From the draft to training camp and the regular season, these videos will take fans inside the walls of Saint Thomas Sports Park to connect with their team like never before.
The first episode, or "track," of the series was released on Monday alongside the series announcement. "The Debut" is centered around new Titans General Manager Ran Carthon, his transition to the GM job, and his first draft in Tennessee.
The Titans' creative team is making a habit out of going the extra mile this offseason. "Music City Football" is the perfect way to build hype around the 2023 Titans while shedding light on the personalities and lives of the players and staff.
"We're trying to humanize our players, coaches, and members of the organization," said Titans video content producer Michael Fertig in an interview with Jim Wyatt of tennesseetitans.com. "We're trying to go beyond the podium, beyond what people see on a Sunday. We're trying to show these are real people with real lives, and they struggle with real things just like everybody else, but they're a part of this great organization."
According to Wyatt, future episodes in the series could focus on the road to the NFL for new Titans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair and how former Maryland teammates Chig Okonkwo and Sam Okuayinonu connect with African culture in Nashville.
