The Tennessee Vols improved to 3-1 last weekend via their 45-14 win against UTSA.

It wasn't a perfect performance for the Vols — the third quarter, particularly, was rough for Tennessee — but it was still a nice bounceback performance after the loss to Florida the previous weekend.

On Tuesday, On3 revealed their latest SEC power rankings and they have Tennessee at No. 6, behind Georgia, LSU, Alabama, Florida, and Ole Miss.

From On3: Tennessee didn’t move from its No. 6 spot going into Week 5. In a non-conference tilt, Tennessee won 45-14 over UTSA.

It was certainly a nice way to bounce back from the loss at Florida. In fact, Tennessee remained ranked in the AP Top 25 poll. Can they keep the good vibes going against South Carolina?

Tennessee is just ahead of Texas A&M in the power rankings, which is the Vols' next opponent following this Saturday's game against South Carolina (after a bye week on October 7).

The Vols can climb their way back up On3's power rankings starting this weekend against the Gamecocks. If they can get wins against South Carolina and Texas A&M, they should be back in the top five of the power rankings before a big showdown in Tuscaloosa against Alabama.
