2025 five-star quarterback George MacIntyre, one of the Tennessee Vols' top recruiting targets, revealed his top 10 schools on Monday.

Tennessee made the cut, along with Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, FIU, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, and UCLA.

MacIntyre, 6-foot-5/182 lbs from Brentwood, TN, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 2 quarterback in the nation and the No. 1 player in the state of Tennessee (2025 class).

MacIntyre dropped a list that included 10 schools, but it's actually more like a top 5 list — at least for now.

The highly coveted quarterback told 247Sports that his "favorites" are the programs that he's already visited.

That list includes Tennessee, LSU, Michigan, Alabama, and FIU (where his uncle, Mike, is the head coach).

MacIntyre will visit UCLA soon, so that could vault the Bruins up his list. He's also set to return to Tennessee this weekend.

It might seem early in this recruiting battle, but it's really not. Most elite quarterback recruits end up committing before their senior seasons, so the Vols and the other programs hoping to land MacIntyre should be treating this recruitment like it's approaching the buzzer. There's not a lot of time to waste in this battle even though MacIntyre won't be on a college campus until 2025.
