One of the Tennessee Vols' SEC East rivals went viral this week for all the wrong reasons.

Missouri's official athletics twitter account posted a cringeworthy video that instructs fans what to do during football games.

The video includes five sets of instructions:

  1. Be quiet when Missouri is on offense
  2. Chant Z-O-U after a first down (after the PA announcer chants M-I-Z)
  3. Lock arms and sway during kickoffs as the "Jaws" theme plays
  4. Make noise when Missouri is on defense and get louder when "Narco" plays on third down
  5. Put your fists in the air at the end of the third quarter

SEC fans are going to have some fun laughing at this one.

And Tennessee fans will likely have a few flashbacks. Much of what's in the video is similar to what UT tried to get fans to do during the Butch Jones era (third down for what, "fist up defense", etc).

Missouri, which has never felt like a great fit in the SEC, is simply trying to create an SEC atmosphere.

Good luck. That's something that has to be organic.
