The Tennessee Vols continued their recruiting hot streak this past Friday by landing a commitment from 2026 four-star offensive lineman JB Shabazz.

Shabazz, 6-foot-6/325 lbs from Kernersville, NC, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 29 offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 16 player in the state of North Carolina.

The talented offensive lineman committed to Tennessee over the Ohio State Buckeyes and the South Carolina Gamecocks.

And not only did Shabazz choose the Vols over those two programs, but he also trolled the Ohio State and South Carolina fan bases during the live stream of his announcement.

Shabazz grabbed a South Carolina hat and put it back on the table before grabbing a Tennessee hat. The North Carolina native then grabbed an Ohio State hat before returning to the Vols hat to officially announce his commitment to Tennessee.

Tennessee has been on the other side of that situation a few times, so I'm sure it feels good for Vols fans that Shabazz ultimately picked UT.
