Clemson Tigers head coach Dabo Swinny is catching some grief on social media for a recruiting comment he made on Wednesday.
Swinney, who has made numerous anti-NIL comments, said on Wednesday that Clemson was built on NIL.
But not the NIL you're thinking about.
Instead, Swinney said Clemson's program was built on "God's name, image, and likeness".

Dabo can say whatever he wants, but there aren't many elite college football players (if any) playing for free. Swinney can keep the charade going as long as he wants, but I think anyone who follows college football closely knows the deal.
