Country music singer Eric Church showed some love for the Tennessee Vols during a concert on Thursday night in Knoxville.

Church, who is usually wearing Carolina blue while supporting his beloved North Carolina Tar Heels, put on an orange Vols jersey and sang Rocky Top at one point during his show on Thursday.

(Church sang Rocky Top with a UNC logo on his guitar strap.)

Church may be a Tar Heels super fan, but he grew up just three hours east of Knoxville, and he went to college at Appalachian State.

Coincidentally, Church is from the same area in North Carolina — Granite Falls/Hickory — as Tennessee head basketball coach Rick Barnes.

Church will be back on the road Friday night for a hometown show in Greensboro, NC.
