Tennessee is, yet again, fighting to get a transfer athlete deemed eligible by the NCAA. Baseball shortstop Maui Ahuna came to Knoxville from the University of Kansas during the offseason and has yet to be cleared to play. Ahuna missed the Vols' opening weekend and could miss even more games this week. This is far from the first time this has happened to UT transfer athletes in recent years and it begs the question: Does the NCAA have a vendetta against Tennessee?
