Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Tom Brady carrying year-to-year status, it would be wise for the Bucs to have some form of an heir apparent. Former second-round pick Kyle Trask hasn't been what the team envisioned, and this fit makes a lot of sense for Hooker because of his maturity. As an older prospect, it would be ideal for him to step into an environment with a roster built to contend (as opposed to a rebuilding scenario). The Tampa Bay offense is known to attack vertically, which mirrors Tennessee's current scheme.

As a team, the Vols were No. 7 in the nation during the regular season in yards per completion (14.3 yards per completion). No other Power-5 program was ranked higher than Tennesse in yards per completion. I'd say the vertical passing concepts would fit Hooker quite nicely.
Hooker obviously played at an extremely high level this season, but the torn ACL he suffered against South Carolina combined with his age (he'll be 25 come draft time) has draft projections for the Greensboro, NC native all over the place.
Tampa could be a nice spot for Hooker mainly because he'd have a chance to compete for the job if Tom Brady leaves the Bucs after this season.
