The Tennessee Vols are set to take on the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday in Neyland Stadium.

Tennessee is looking for its first win in the rivalry since 2016 when a Hail Mary from Josh Dobbs to Jauan Jennings instantly silenced the crowd in Athens.

Georgia, meanwhile, is looking to prove that its early season offensive struggles are nothing more than a fluke.

Former Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops makes his pick for the Georgia vs Tennessee game

Former Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops made his picks for this weekend’s biggest games and he has the Vols ending their losing streak against the Bulldogs.

“I’m gonna go with Tennessee,” said Stoops. “I think they’re building momentum and [with the game] being at home. Georgia has had their time, so maybe — I think it’ll be a tight game, but I’m gonna go with Tennessee…they look better than they did a year ago.”

A lot of folks believe this is the best opportunity that Tennessee’s had under Josh Heupel to knock off Georgia. That may be true, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be easy. There’s no doubt that Kirby Smart will have the Bulldogs ready to go on Saturday at 3:30 PM ET.
