Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Nathan Peterman is on the move again.

Peterman signed with the New Orleans Saints in March, but he was released earlier this month. On Tuesday, it was reported that Peterman is signing with the Las Vegas Raiders.

This will be Peterman's second stint with the Raiders. He previously played for the franchise from 2018 to 2021.

Landing with the Raiders makes a lot of sense for Peterman, who spent three seasons at Tennessee before finishing his college career at Pittsburgh.

Peterman, a fifth round selection by the Buffalo Bills in the 2017 NFL Draft, spent parts of the last two seasons with the Chicago Bears where he played under offensive coordinator Luke Getsy.

Getsy was hired earlier this offseason to serve as the Raiders' offensive coordinator under head coach Antonio Pierce.

Peterman obviously knows the Raiders organization quite well after spending four seasons with the franchise. And he's already familiar with Getsy's offense, which should make for a seamless transition for the former Vol.
