A former Tennessee Vols quarterback is reportedly entering the NCAA transfer portal for a third time.
According to On3’s Pete Nakos, former Vols quarterback Tayven Jackson is entering the transfer portal.
Jackson spent the 2025 season at UCF, where his quarterbacks coach was former Tennessee offensive analyst McKenzie Milton.
Jackson, a former four-star recruit from Greenwood, IN, signed with Tennessee during the 2022 recruiting cycle. He spent one season with the Vols before transferring to Indiana, where he spent two seasons.
The former Vol has passed for 3,451 yards and 16 touchdowns in his college career. He’s also rushed for 147 yards and eight touchdowns.
Jackson will have one season of eligibility remaining.
