A former Tennessee Vols standout reportedly has a top 30 pre-draft visit set up with the Tennessee Titans later this month.

According to ESPN's Turron Davenport, former Tennessee wide receiver Dont'e Thornton will meet with the Titans on April 15.

Thornton, who started his college career at Oregon before transferring to Tennessee ahead of the 2023 season, caught 65 passes for 1,426 yards and 10 touchdowns during his four-year collegiate career.

The Maryland native averaged 25.4 yards per reception as a senior at Tennessee in 2024.

Thornton, who impressed scouts by running a 4.30 in the 40-yard dash at the combine earlier this offseason, was recently described by Pro Football Focus as a "big play waiting to happen"

The Titans could certainly use some wide receiver help — especially with the news that former first round draft pick Treylon Burks will likely not be ready for the start of training camp later this summer.

Thornton is currently projected to be a day three selection, with ESPN's latest seven round mock draft predicting that the former Vol will be selected by the New York Jets in the fifth round.
