Barnett, who is from Nashville, recovered a botched pitch by Titans quarterback Will Levis in the fourth quarter and returned it for the score.
The former Vol has a history of making memorable plays in Nashville.
Barnett, who played at Tennessee from 2014 to 2016, is the Vols' all-time sacks leader despite playing only three seasons on Rocky Top. Barnett broke Reggie White's school record in the Vols' win against Nebraska in the 2016 Music City Bowl, a game that was played in Nissan Stadium.
