There were a lot of folks who were happy for Tennessee Vols fans after the program's 52-49 win against Alabama on Saturday in Knoxville.

One of those folks is former Vols wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni, who coached at Tennessee from 2013 to 2016.

Azzanni sent a tweet after the game expressing how Vols fans deserved the celebration that awaited them after beating Alabama.

Azzanni, who coached at UT alongside current Vols defensive backs coach Willie Martinez, was at Tennessee for memorable wins over Florida and Georgia. And he was around for four tough losses to Alabama. He knows what this win means to the program and the fan base.

And it's pretty cool to see after that six years away from Tennessee, Azzanni is still keeping up with the Vols and rooting for them against Alabama.

Tennessee is one of those places that stays with people even after they've long moved on elsewhere. It's no surprise that Azzanni is happy for the Volunteers.
