Jayden Woods took an official visit to Tennessee as a high school recruit
Woods, who was committed to Penn State before signing with Florida, took an official visit to Tennessee on June 21, 2024. He also took an unofficial visit to Tennessee on March 18, 2024.
Woods included Tennessee in his top five schools after his unofficial visit to Tennessee.
“Very genuine guy,” said Woods to GoVols247 of UT head coach Josh Heupel in 2024. “I just really enjoy how he answers questions. He takes time to think. He doesn’t just throw what you want to hear out there. He truly takes his time to think and answer.”
Woods is going to be an extremely coveted player in the transfer portal. He’s certainly a player that could help Tennessee, and it would make sense for the Vols to get involved considering their past interest in the talented EDGE.
