Birmingham Stallions offensive lineman Cole Schneider, a player that several members of the Tennessee Vols coaching staff are very familiar with, went viral over the weekend for a hilarious in-game interview during a UFL showdown against the Memphis Showboats.

Schneider, who played at UCF from 2017 to 2021, was interviewed in the fourth quarter by ESPN's Cole Cubelic.

And the interview went off the rails a bit thanks to Cubelic bringing up Schneider's penchant for going shirtless.

"It looks like a whole lot of magic to me," said Schneider when asked about the shirtless photo that was displayed during the broadcast. "I think there's a lot of things going on there [that are] pretty special. You know, it's not just for me."

When asked what exactly was going on with his unique outfit, Schneider responded "dealer's choice" before noting that it's "been some time" since he donned a "regular" shirt.

Here's the whole interview, which is absolutely worth the watch.

Schneider spent three seasons playing under current Vols head coach Josh Heupel at UCF.

Current Tennessee assistant coaches Joey Halzle, Glen Elarbee, Willie Martinez, and Alec Abeln were also at UCF with Schneider.

Based on that interview, I'm sure all of those guys have some fun stories about the former UCF offensive lineman.

And by the way, if you're wondering if Schneider was often shirtless during his time playing under Heupel, the answer is yes, as evidenced by a virtual press conference from the 2020 season.
