Dolly Parton announced on Monday morning that she'll be attending the Tennessee Vols' home game this weekend against the Georgia Bulldogs.

Parton, an East Tennessee native and longtime Vols fan, made the announcement via a Tweet.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel acknowledged Parton's announcement at his press conference on Monday, even suggesting, albeit jokingly, that her presence will put a little more pressure on the Vols on Saturday afternoon.

"Anytime Dolly’s gonna be around it certainly adds pressure, absolutely, to our performance," said Heupel. "For Tennesseans, that’s one that everybody will enjoy seeing.”

Heupel also noted that his mom is a fan of Dolly.

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart also met with reporters on Monday and he was also asked about Parton's announcement.

Specifically, Smart was asked if he knows who Dolly Parton is (Smart said earlier this season that he wasn't familiar with singer Miley Cyrus).

"I do know who Dolly Parton is," said Smart. "I've got parents that watch the Grand Ole Opry. Was not aware she's going to attend the game."

(Smart's answer was a bit short because he was asked a two-part question.)

Dolly released a two CD set with a live version of Rocky Top earlier this fall.
