LSU Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin has now added two former Tennessee Vols players to his roster in Baton Rouge.

Earlier this week, LSU landed Vols EDGE transfer Jordan Ross. On Saturday morning, Kiffin added another former Vol to LSU’s roster.

CBS Sports reported that Tennessee transfer offensive lineman William Satterwhite is heading to LSU.

Satterwhite, a former four-star recruit, served as Tennessee’s backup center in 2025.

Lane Kiffin is fresh off a trip to Knoxville

Kiffin generated some headlines on Friday evening when news broke that he was in Knoxville.

The new LSU head coach was reportedly in town to see Arizona State transfer quarterback Sam Leavitt, who had just wrapped up his visit to Tennessee.

Leavitt is still taking a visit to Miami this weekend, according to On3, despite Kiffin’s John Cusack-style trip to Knoxville to woo the quarterback.

It’s possible that Kiffin was also in Knoxville to close the deal with Satterwhite, though it’s hard to keep track of what Lane is up to at any given moment.

Either way, Satterwhite is heading to Baton Rouge, and Tennessee is in need of a new backup center.
