LSU Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin got served a dose of his own medicine this week by another SEC head coach.

Kiffin, the controversial former Ole Miss Rebels and Tennessee Vols head coach, loves to troll opposing coaches and programs on social media.

So it was no surprise this week when he went after Ole Miss Rebels head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin and her basketball program.

Kiffin, who quit on his Ole Miss players in the middle of a College Football Playoff run to take the LSU job, sent a tweet in response to McPhee-McCuin’s plea for more fans ahead of the Tigers’ visit to Oxford Thursday night.

More fans than normal (for this season) showed up in Oxford Thursday night to watch LSU beat the Rebels 78-70.

After the win, Kiffin, who was sporting Ole Miss gear just three months ago, tweeted “BTA”, which stands for “belt to ass”.

McPhee-McCuin was quick to point out, via Twitter, how odd it was for Kiffin to tweet at her.

“Have y’all ever heard of a football coach, tagging a WBB coach, after a game? This guy doesn’t even like women’s sports! Cope harder!” tweeted McPhee-McCuin on Friday.

Coach Yo, as McPhee-McCuin is known, also tweeted a video of her striking out Kiffin during a softball game at Ole Miss.

She also sent a “special thanks” to Ole Miss head coach Pete Golding, the former Rebels defensive coordinator who didn’t quit on the Rebels during playoff run.

McPhee-McCuin also made sure to point out that Golding, who replaced Kiffin as the Rebels’ head football coach, has a College Football Playoff win on his resumé (Kiffin, meanwhile, does not).

Kiffin did his best to save face on Friday in response to Coach Yo’s tweets.

Nice try by Kiffin, but this round goes to Coach Yo, a coach who’s never quit on her team.
