2026 four-star tight end Carson Sneed has been committed to the Tennessee Vols since last August, but that isn't stopping other programs from pursuing the talented recruit.

According to Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney, Sneed is continuing to "check out" other programs, including Colorado, UCLA, Miami, North Carolina, and Ole Miss.

Ole Miss, specifically, is a program that appears to have a legitimate shot at flipping Sneed from Tennessee.

According to Gorney, Lane Kiffin and the Rebels are now a "very serious player" for Sneed.

From Rivals.com: A recent visit to Ole Miss has definitely intrigued Sneed a lot and the Rebels have “shot up in my rankings for sure” as the Tennessee commit looks at others.

Ole Miss is now a very serious player for the Nashville (Tenn.) Donelson Christian Academy four-star tight end.

Sneed, 6-foot-6/240 lbs from Nashville, TN, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 14 tight end in the nation and the No. 7 player in the state of Tennessee.

The four-star tight end has an official visit to Ole Miss scheduled for May 30. Tennessee, meanwhile, is scheduled to receive Sneed's final official visit (June 20). Sneed also has official visits scheduled to Miami, UCLA, and Colorado.
