Tennessee Vols

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper didn't play college baseball (unless you count his time at the College of Southern Nevada as a 17 year old), but he's quickly become one of the most notable public supporters of the Tennessee Vols.

Harper, who has an offseason home in Knoxville (he's originally from Las Vegas) is often spotted wearing Vols gear.

And that was again the case on Friday, the day before Tennessee starts a best-of-three series against the Texas A&M Aggies in the College World Series.

Harper arrived to Philadelphia's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday rocking a Vols baseball jersey.

Earlier this season, Harper wore a Vols hat after a Phillies game.

Harper, notably, is also friends with Tennessee head coach Tony Vitello.

I guess being a Tennessee baseball fan is now "trendy".
