The Tennessee Vols could soon be adding a talented four-star edge rusher to their 2026 recruiting class.

On3’s Chad Simmons noted this week that he believes Tennessee will flip one of two edge rushers.

Simmons thinks the Vols will flip either four-star edge Andrew Rogers from Virginia Tech or four-star edge Dre Quinn from Clemson.

Rogers has been committed to Virginia Tech since late August, while Quinn has been committed to Clemson since June.

“Tennessee has been actively recruiting both, and while Rogers looks like the more likely option at this point, the staff is making a strong push to sway Quinn as well,” wrote Simmons. “One way or another, my prediction is that the Vols add a difference-maker off the edge.”

Tennessee hosted Andrew Rogers and Dre Quinn on a visit against Georgia

Rogers and Quinn were in Knoxville this past weekend for Tennessee’s matchup against the Georgia Bulldogs.

Rogers told 247Sports that his visit to Tennessee was “way better” than the other college football games he’s been to.

Quinn, meanwhile, told 247Sports that he enjoyed the crazy atmosphere at Neyland.

Most people feel that it’s more likely that Tennessee will flip Rogers.

Rogers is a high school teammate of 2026 five-star Vols quarterback commit Faizon Brandon at Grimsley in Greensboro, NC. Additionally, Virginia Tech just fired head coach Brent Pry this past weekend, making it even more likely that Rogers jumps ship.

Tennessee has 24 players committed to its 2026 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 8 in the nation.

The commercial shows the Mannings taking a tour around the ESPN facilities. While Archie and Cooper (who is dressed hilariously bad) pay […]
