247Sports national recruiting analyst Steve Wiltfong predicted on Monday that the Tennessee Vols will land one of their top remaining 2020 targets on National Signing Day.

Wiltfong has four-star wide receiver Malachi Wideman signing with Tennessee.

Here's what he said about his prediction:

Until I hear different I’m sticking with the same pick as last week but continue to keep an eye on Oregon who is also doing a strong job down the stretch in this recruitment. Wideman has been committed to Florida State since May but it seems more likely he flips. Ole Miss is also in the picture and receiving the last visit over the weekend. Jeremy Pruitt and Mario Cristobal both went in-home this past week and I’m hearing good things regarding the Vols and the Ducks.

Wideman, 6-foot-4/180 lbs from Venice, FL, is rated by 247Sports as the No. 19 player in the state of Florida and the No. 20 wide receiver in the nation.

The Florida native, who is also a standout basketball player, is described by 247Sports evaluator John Garcia Jr as a "freakish athlete" who could reach the professional level in either basketball or football.

If Wideman signs with Tennessee, he'd give the Vols a true deep threat with the ability to consistently make defenders miss after the catch.

Tennessee currently has 21 players signed to its 2020 recruiting class, and three transfer players, so it's unclear how many spots they'll attempt to fill on Wednesday.

But there's no doubt they have a spot for Wideman reserved.
