One of the Tennessee Vols' top 2025 recruiting targets is five-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench.
For the last several months, the Texas Longhorns have been viewed as the favorites to land Ffrench.
A recent official visit to Tennessee, however, has the Vols lingering as a realistic option for the talented wide receiver
But will that visit be enough for Tennessee to actually land Ffrench?
Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney isn't so sure.
Gorney made his prediction this week for Ffrench and he has the Longhorns landing the 6-foot-1 wide receiver from Jacksonville, FL.
From Rivals.com: Texas was the clear front-runner for a while in Ffrench’s recruitment but then the four-star receiver from Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin went through visits in June as the Longhorns are now joined by Tennessee, LSU and Miami at the top of the list. After all is said and done, Texas still feels like it has the lead. Prediction: Texas
Ffrench, who is rated as the No. 18 overall recruit in the 2025 class (per 247Sports' composite rankings), is scheduled to announce his commitment on August 30.
