2024 Tennessee Vols commit Braylon Staley, a four-star wide receiver from Johnston, SC, received an offer from the South Carolina Gamecocks this week.

Staley's hometown is just an hour from Columbia, but it doesn't look like South Carolina is a major threat to flip the No. 97 ranked player in the 2024 recruiting class.

The Vols commit left a comment on an Instagram post on Thursday evening (which was about five-star UT commit Mike Matthews reaffirming his commitment to Tennessee) that insinuates that he's "locked in".

Staley, 6-foot/180 lbs, is rated by On3 as the No. 2 player in the state of South Carolina and the No. 18 wide receiver in the nation.

It's clear that Staley is a coveted player and he's climbing the recruiting boards of other programs. But it looks like Tennessee has nothing to worry about here. With just over two months to go until the early signing period, it certainly appears that Staley is All Vol.
