The Tennessee Vols record books are being re-written during the Josh Heupel era.

There have been several impressive "firsts" for the program under Heupel, including one in 2023 that actually took three seasons to achieve.

According to Tennessee, the 2023 season marked the third straight season that a Vols player accounted for 3,000 total yards of offense.

Quarterback Joe Milton accomplished the feat in 2023 while quarterback Hendon Hooker accomplished it in 2021 and 2022.

It's the first time in program history that Tennessee's had a player account for over 3,000 total yards of offense in three straight seasons.

Nico Iamaleava can make it four straight years next fall with a big redshirt freshman season. As long as he stays healthy, 3,000 total yards should be more than attainable for Nico.
