The Tennessee Vols baseball team is on quite a roll to start the season.

After losing in their second game of the season (an extra innings loss to Oklahoma), the Vols have reeled off 10 wins in a row.

This past week, Tennessee took down High Point in a midweek game, winning 7-4.

Over the weekend, the Vols looked dominant in a series sweep against Bowling Green. Tennessee won each game by at least 10 runs.

Despite the dominant weekend, the Vols stayed at No. 8 in the newest top 25 rankings from D1 Baseball.

Florida, despite a tough 3-2 week (and an overall record of 8-3), managed to hold steady at No. 4 in the new rankings.

College baseball rankings, ultimately, aren't that important (especially this early in the season). But if the Vols continue to play like they have to start the season, it won't be long before they crack the top five.
