Who would've thought that one of the biggest wins in Tennessee Vols football history would come against the Vanderbilt Commodores?
Certainly not me.
But that's exactly what happened this past weekend in Nashville.
Tennessee's 36-23 win against Vanderbilt in the regular-season finale essentially clinched a spot in the 12-team College Football Playoff for the Vols.
The game got off to a horrific start for the Vols — Tennessee fell behind 14-0 after Vanderbilt returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and then took advantage of a Dylan Sampson fumble — but UT was able to respond and outscore Vanderbilt 36-9 in the final 55 minutes of the game.
On Tuesday, Tennessee's social media account dropped a terrific recap video of the win that features some great behind-the-scenes footage.
Tennessee's creative team is easily one of the best in the sport. They're good for a banger or two (or three) every week it seems.
