Despite holding a 53 point lead early in the fourth quarter, Tennessee Vols fans let Josh Heupel hear it over a fourth quarter decision.

Tennessee fans took to social media to express their displeasure with Heupel's decision to pull true freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava from the game after just two series of action.

Starting quarterback Joe Milton didn't take a single snap in the second half because of the Vols' big lead. But because Tennessee had a couple of defensive touchdowns early in the second half, the offense didn't have as many second half possessions as expected.

Nico came into the game and led a scoring drive on his first series. The Vols punted on his second series as Nico played with what appeared to be the third string offensive line.

Quarterback Gaston Moore entered the game with just over 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

It wasn't a popular decision but I don't think it was a bad decision from Heupel. Nico received some much-needed snaps, but there was no need to push it and risk injury in a game where the outcome wasn't in doubt.

Plus, Moore needed some snaps, too. As the Vols' third string quarterback, he's always just a couple of snaps away from being forced into action.
