Feldman listed Vols sophomore wide receiver Squirrel White as his No. 64 player on his freaks list.
From The Athletic: Love the name. Love the wheels. The 5-10, 165-pound sophomore, one of the fastest wide receivers in college football, is being counted on to fill former Vol blazer Jalin Hyatt’s role of lethal slot man. White has been clocked at 23.4 miles per hour velocity on the Catapult system and also has vertical-jumped 40.6 inches. When Hyatt opted out of the Orange Bowl, White had a season-high nine catches for 108 yards and one touchdown in the win over Clemson. And, no, Squirrel isn’t his given name. It’s Marquarius, but his great-grandmother called him “Squirrel” as an infant after he moved simultaneously with a squirrel in her garden.
There are several Tennessee players that could've made this list. Quarterback Joe Milton, who has arguably the best arm in college football, certainly had a case to be included. Oregon transfer wide receiver Dont'e Thornton is 6-foot-5 and has reportedly hit 24 MPH on GPS (last season with the Ducks). A couple of defensive players such as true freshman pass rusher Caleb Herring or true freshman linebacker Arion Carter also had a case to be included.
It's worth noting that the No. 1 player on Feldman's list is South Carolina true freshman wide receiver Nyckoles Harbor, who has been described as a cross between Julio Jones and Derrick Henry (Harbor is 6-foot-5/243 lbs and has hit 22.9 MPH on GPS). Even though Harbor is a true freshman, he's still a South Carolina player that will Tennessee will have to keep track of on September 30 when the Gamecocks visit Neyland Stadium for a showdown with the Vols.
