Tennessee Vols head coach Josh Heupel will return to Norman, where he played college football and served as an assistant coach for a decade, on Saturday night when UT takes on the Oklahoma Sooners.

On Monday, Heupel met with reporters and he had a request for Oklahoma fans.

"Should be a great crowd, it's a passionate fan base," said Heupel. "I'm expecting them to be extremely quiet for us out of respect to me and our program, too."

Heupel was obviously joking, though I'm sure he won't mind if Oklahoma fans are quiet when the Vols are on offense.

Of course, I wouldn't expect that to be the case. This is a huge game for both programs. And even though Heupel, who led Oklahoma to a national championship as a player in 2000, will likely receive a warm welcome from Sooners fans, once the game kicks off, I expect the OU crowd to be extremely hostile.

But hey, games like this are why you play in the SEC.
