Hall, 6-foot-3/190 lbs from Plant City, FL, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 3 player in the state of Florida and the No. 2 wide receiver in the nation.

Hall told Rivals recently that he plans to commit shortly after releasing his list of top schools.

For now, it sounds like Clemson and Florida State are the schools to beat for the stud wide receiver.

But Hall's recruitment won't end when he commits. He's a 2021 recruit, which means programs, including Tennessee, will pursue him until the day he signs his National Letter of Intent.

The Vols currently have two players committed to their 2021 recruiting class.
