Waller, 6-foot-2/170 lbs from Hesperia, CA, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 40 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 27 player in the state of California.
The talented wide receiver took an unofficial visit to Tennessee this past season for the Vols' blowout win against the South Carolina Gamecocks.
