The Tennessee Vols are working to flip a talented four-star recruit that's committed to the Miami Hurricanes.

2025 four-star athlete Waden Charles told 247Sports this week that he's planning to take several visits this spring. And Tennessee is one of the programs he's planning to visit.

"The Tennessee receivers coach (Kelsey Pope) has been calling me every week," said Charles.

"Definitely the production of the receivers (stands out). They just won the Biletnikoff last year with Jalin Hyatt. I can go over there and know I am going to get the ball," added Charles.

Charles, 6-foot-2/185 lbs from West Palm Beach, FL, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 13 athlete in the nation and the No. 36 player in the state of Florida. He's been committed to Miami since September 10.

It could be tough to pull Charles out of West Palm Beach, which is just two hours north of The U, but it sounds like Tennessee's coaching staff is giving the talented recruit plenty to think about.

Florida, Florida State, and Ole Miss are also working to flip Charles from Miami, so the Vols have plenty of competition in this recruiting battle.
