Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney thinks the Tennessee Vols are receiving one of the most intriguing recruiting visits of the weekend.

Gorney pointed out 2025 four-star athlete Cameron Sparks' visit to Tennessee as one of the 10 most intriguing recruiting visits of the weekend.

From Rivals.com: Auburn, Georgia, Florida State, Tennessee, Miami and Michigan make up the top six for Sparks but the Volunteers have been a major contender since his recruitment started and he’ll be in Knoxville this weekend.

The Chattanooga (Tenn.) Baylor School standout, who can play on either side of the ball, sees a big opportunity at Tennessee.

Sparks, 6-foot-3/205 lbs from Chattanooga, TN, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 2 athlete in the nation and the No. 3 player in the state of Tennessee. He's also rated as the No. 89 overall player in the 2025 recruiting class.

The talented four-star recruit is high on the Vols' priority list. Sparks, who already has elite size, is a dynamic athlete who could play multiple positions for the Vols (wide receiver, however, seems most likely for Sparks in college).

Sparks is planning to announce his commitment in June. He's close with several Vols commits/recruiting targets (such as five-star Tennessee quarterback commit George MacIntyre) which is part of the reason why many folks believe UT is the program to beat in this recruiting battle.

The Vols need to close the deal with Sparks — this isn't a battle they can afford to lose. Sparks' visit this weekend could go a long way in ensuring that Sparks is wearing orange and white in college.
